Updated: Mar 21, 2022

Energy Types are the starting point for understanding Human Design. It defines how you operate on an energetic level. It has to do with your body, your genetics and your aura. It has nothing to do with your personality or psychology. There are five Types and each has a different purpose, different strengths and struggles, and a different Strategy for success.

The population is predominately Generators and Manifesting Generators - the creative builders of society who draw on their well of consistent energy to create, do and work on the things they love while also taking care of and providing for their families.
