What's your Human Design 'Energy Type'?

Updated: Mar 21, 2022

Energy Types are the starting point for understanding Human Design. It defines how you operate on an energetic level. It has to do with your body, your genetics and your aura. It has nothing to do with your personality or psychology. There are five Types and each has a different purpose, different strengths and struggles, and a different Strategy for success.

The population is predominately Generators and Manifesting Generators - the creative builders of society who draw on their well of consistent energy to create, do and work on the things they love while also taking care of and providing for their families. So our ideals and expectations are often based on these energizer bunnies. That can leave the other 30% feeling confused, inadequate, and exhausted trying to conform to a way of life that isn't meant for them, leading to burn out, anger, bitterness and disappointment.

Gaining awareness around your Human Design Energy Type will lead you back to your authentic self and show you how you're meant to live and work in a way that is fun and supportive for you.
