Books

A wonderful book on manifestation by best-selling author, Jen Sincero. Funny, down-to-earth and practical. Based on her own transformation, from a frustrated forty year-old living in a converted garage to a successful business owner traveling the world in style.

An important book that guides you in assessing where you might need to set boundaries in your life and how to implement them. I learned so much valuable information from this book. It's a must read for chronic people-pleasers!

If for some reason you still haven't heard of Brené Brown, watch her powerful Netflix talk called The Call to Courage, which is based on this book and her work as a Shame Researcher. After watching it twice, I knew I had to get the book too!

If you're interested in tarot, this is my go-to rec. I have sought out several books, websites and workshops to learn tarot, and this one has been my favorite. She also has a limited podcast series by the same name, which will allow you to get a sense of her style.
ASTROLOGY: USING THE WISDOM OF THE STARS IN EVERYDAY LIFE

This was my first astrology book and my favorite thing about it is the visual representation and design. It's a great book to start with whether you're serious about learning or just casually curious.

If you're REALLY serious about astrology, definitely take a class - but also get this book. Robert Hand is one of the most important modern astrologers and this book expertly explains the core meanings and symbolism of each sign, planet, house, and more.
Products

My favorite brand of journals available on Amazon. I've gone through so many! They come in a variety of colors and designs and they're very affordable. Great for daily journaling, intention setting and manifestation.

If you're new to Tarot, I recommend starting with an oracle deck like this gorgeous one from Psychic Medium, Colette Baron-Reid. Unlike the famous Rider Waite Tarot, oracle decks typically only feature soothing images and are accompanied by a guidebook with clear, supportive messages.

Palo Santo is a "holy wood" used for clearing out negative energy while keeping or adding positive energy. Tribal Soul incense is produced by a family owned business in an ethical manner and are vegan, non-toxic, and free of chemical fragrances. You can also buy palo santo wood sticks but they require constant re-lighting.

Copal is another energy clearer and it smells amazing! It's known to have uplifting and calming effects. I particularly love how Tribal Soul packages their incense sticks with such beautiful intention. I prefer to get all my incense and crystals from local small businesses or Crystal Caravan on Etsy.

I can't get over this clever concrete incense burner from Resting Plant Face! They come in a variety of shades and I could literally buy them all. RPF comes from Dallas artisan, Maylin Luke, who offers a variety of trendy planters, incense burners and hand-made gifts.

ONECBD is my go-to brand for gummies and CBD products! They are a high-quality, organically and sustainably-sourced brand that offers drops, topicals, pet products and more.

Scott Cruz blends his mediumship abilities with psychotherapy. I have had a few readings with him and they have always been very insightful and right on the money. His guidance is down-to-earth, practical and educational.

Want to learn how to Manifest? This is a self-paced Manifestation course that uses neuroscience to help you re-program the neural-pathways in your brain, releasing shame and guilt, and effectively helping you call in any manifestation. Highly recommend!
Podcasts
This is an astrologer vs skeptic podcast featuring myself and my friend Scott. Every week we interview a guest and then I use the stars as my guide to match them to one of two birth charts. If I can reach 80% accuracy, that may sufficiently demonstrate the validity of astrology to this skeptic.

This binge-worthy podcast chronicles the stories of those who cross over to the Other Side during an NDE (near death experience), but are ultimately sent back to share their story. Every account reassures that even the most traumatic deaths are nothing to be feared because, the truth is, we are not our bodies.
